The meeting was called to order by Supervisor Dickinson. The Roll was called with all present.
The sealed bids for the Courtroom remodel project were opened. The bids were as follows:
Paul Krotz Construction- $42,449.00, including windows
P.C. Richards Construction- $38,692.00 for remodel
$7,868.00 for windows
$46,560.00 total
St. John Building- $45,111.00 for remodel
$8,800.00 for windows
$53,911.00 total
George Koerner- $56,250.00, including windows
Mr. Brisky made a motion to table the bids for further review. Mr. Trummer seconded the motion. All voted “Aye”. Carried. There will be a special meeting to award the bid.
The Town Board audited the Supervisor, Justice, Town Clerk, Cemetery Secretary and Water District books. Mr. Brisky made a motion to approve the audit, seconded by Mr. Bentley. All voted “Aye”. Carried.
Mr. Bentley made a motion to adjourn, seconded by Mr. Brisky. All voted “Aye”. Carried.
