Councilman William W. Dallas
Life long residence of Franklinville, graduated from TBA in 1956 playing football, baseball and volleyball. William spent 4 years in the Air Force, then honorably discharged in 1960. William joined the Franklinville Fire Department in 1961, he was Treasurer for 11 years.
William married his lovely wife Veronica in 1962. They then had 2 boys, Rob and Rick. William went to work for Ralph Stranburg Inc. Gulf Oil Corporation in 1963. William retired in 1990 from Quaker State Oil Corp. William was also a Police Officer for the Village of Franklinville in 1975, he retired in 2002.
William was elected to the Town Board in 1975 to present the members of the V.F.W. American Legion, I.O.B.’s, Coservation Club. William assisted in the forming of the midget football. William is a member of the Retire Police Association of the State of New York, Inc.
Councilwoman Hahn
Councilwoman Hahn is the newest member and first woman on the Town Board. She has been a resident of Franklinville for 26 years. She is married to Terry, they share 4 sons and 4 grandchildren. She is employed as a Nurse at the Lionel R. John Health Center in Salamanca. She has served as a member of the Joint Town & Village Planning Board from 1996-2001 and most recently serving the Village of Franklinville Planning Board 2005-2009. She was elected to the Town Board in November 2009.
Councilwoman Hahn is member of multiple organizations within the Town of Franklinville and outreaching communities. She actively pursues ongoing Local Government Training, and ongoing Nursing Education.
Councilman Trummer
Councilman Trummer has been an involved resident of the Franklinville community since 1955. George served on the Franklinville Central School Board of Education for 9 years and has been active in the Franklinville VFW since 1974, serving as Commander for 14 years and Club President for 27 years. George is also a member of the American Legion, Conservation Club and the Franklinville Aristocrats.
George served in the military during the Vietnam War from 1967-1971. He worked for the Village of Franklinville Department of Public Works for 27 years. He has lived on Budde Road in the Hamlet of Cadiz since 1974 and raised 3 sons and 1 daughter, all of whom reside in the Franklinville area. George is the proud grandfather of 10 and great-grandfather of 4. |
