SETTLED IN 1806

​Franklinville is located on New York State Route 16 approximately 50 miles south of Buffalo, New York. We are nestled in the foothills of the Allegany Mountains. Our town was first settled around 1806, first settled by Joseph McClure. The Town of Franklinville was established in 1824 from the Town of Olean.
